1. AGREEMENT

3. REFUNDS

The Logos Satisfaction Guarantee" requires retail customers the ability to return product within 90 days from the date of purchase. Any nutritional product falls under the satisfaction guarantee but multiple opened bottles of the same product can not be returned.

Online Orders: Products must be received within ninety days at 2020 Westside Court, Suite A, Snellville GA 30078. Enclose the opened bottles that are to be refunded and a copy of the original invoice. A check will be mailed within fourteen days of receiving the returned package.

Retail Orders (on location): If you received your product from a retail establishment you must return the product back to the location at which you purchased it. Logos will replace the reimbursed product for the retailer involved (with no additional shipping charges).

No two discount opportunties can be used at the same time. However, the best discount will be applied. For instance, if you receive Preferred Pricing at 5% off retail and you have a coupon for $5 off any order of $20 or more then you will receive the $5 discount since it provides more savings and the Preferred Pricing will not be applied.
