When I look back over the challenges and achievements of the
last year, I am humbled by God's grace and provision, and by how far we have come and how much has been
accomplished.
Some of the highlights were:
The Logos product line expanded from six products to over 20
this year, and the research and development side of our business remains in
full swing, always working on product enhancements and new product development.
Convenient Protocol Trial
Travel Packswere developed for introduction this month.
The Logos product labels and
company logo were completely redesigned, an exceedingly tedious but very rewarding labor of love.Based upon your enormously favorable
response, we know that we successfully captured the passion and high standard
of professional integrity to which we aspire in serving you.
The building of the Logos Nutritionals website was a
monumental task that still demands much of my energies to this day. The site
went live in May, and since then it has grown steadily - both in content and
web traffic. We have been blessed to publish
a number of articles and develop strategic relationships in several web
communities which has positioned our website as a valuable repository of
knowledge and a trusted source of high quality nutritional support products.
We installed an Affiliate Program and established our opt-in Monthly Newsletter, The
Logos Health Update, which has been very well received.
Product specification sheets were developed on each product,
and our first full color, glossy Product
Information Guide (i.e. - Company Catalog) was created. These may all be viewed and downloaded on our Download Forms page. I have a whole new level of respect for
graphic designers who can lay out catalogs!
In summary, 2009 was a year of tremendous change; a year of
preparing a solid foundation, of preparing the tools needed to communicate our commitment to excellence. With the depressed economy, 2009 certainly didn't appear to be a very good time
to launch a business. Granted, it was a tough year for nearly everyone, but Logos
has made steady progress as a company.
Every business must necessarily concern itself with measures such as market share and the bottom line, but regardless of how large it grows, Logos will always measure its success by the impact it is having in the lives of its employees, vendors and customers.
We look forward to the challenges and opportunities of 2010
with great anticipation.We plan to
continue expansion of our product line and web presence, and build quality
relationships with medical practitioners who can help document and communicate the efficacy of
our amazing products. Most of all, we
look forward to continuing to serve you.
