Renaissance Activated Whey Protein—the seventh component of the Burgstiner Wellness Protocol—is more than just a protein powder. It adds 10 grams of ultra pure protein to your diet per serving, but it also increases protein absorption up to three times the normal level.

I've been using the Renaissance Activated Whey Protein now for a month and have already recognized a major difference. My recipe: 8 oz. Chocolate Almond Milk, 1 Scoop Remaissance Whey Protein, 1 Tablespoon instant coffee and i'll top off my bullet blender with regular almond milk which is about half a cup.
